Day eighty eight: Botswana Butchery

Thursday the 22nd of March saw the opening of Auckland’s latest waterfront dining experience, the strangely named Botswana Butchery. Occupying the space that was once home to Cin Cin in the Auckland Ferry Building, the Botswana Butchery will be looking to continue to build on the reputation that the eatery has built in Queenstown.

The menu is big on steak with some mouth-watering options such as the slow roasted lamb shoulder, however, other hearty fare such as lambs fry and bacon is also available.
