The Dominion Rd Series: Day 116 Banzai

thumbHeading back towards Balmoral Rd this week and to an authentic Japanese dining experience at Banzai. On a road known for its cheap eats this small, spotlessly clean and super friendly eatery must produce some of the most competitively priced Japanese in Auckland.

The thing we loved about Banzai was the ease in which we nearly ate the entire selection of entrees, chicken croquettes, yum yum prawns and edamame beans to name but a few. The mains weren’t half bad either, miso with udon noodles and fried hot and spicy udon noodles again with chicken. The highlight of the experience though would have to be the send off each diner gets when walking out the front door.
