Day one hundred and forty five: Petit Bocal

BocalWe had heard through the grapevine of a hip new café which had opened on Sandringham Rd called Petit Bocal. We paid it a visit and discovered a touch of French flair and contemporary décor (we quite liked the jam jars for light fittings).  Petit Bocal is a delightful place offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is unmistakably French – you can devour fancy crepes for Breakfast, perhaps a Croque Monsieur for lunch, and share some duck and goose confit over a bottle of French wine for dinner. We will return for something a little more substantial than the delicious Caramel Slice and cup of Supreme Coffee we sampled.
