One of the huge number of Chinese restaurants at the Balmoral intersection with Dominion Rd, Spicy Joint specialises in Sichuan cuisine and as the name suggests this means a tongue burning array of food. On our visit we witness one group of diners tucking into a full bowl of fried chilli, but don’t let this deter you as we found plenty of options for our mild tastes. The portions are huge and the service friendly, we recommend the chilli and tofu dish washed down with some cooling green tea.
